it wouldn't be right to have a running race, a salty pretzel, and not have a nice german bier on hand to wash it all down. all runners 21 and over will get a free beer after the run. there will be several to choose from for your liking and taste. non alcohol drink options AVAILABLE TOO 

Kids will have plenty to do with Jumpies, arts and crafts and the pretzel necklace area for fun with friends, arts & Crafts as well. 

The Kids 1 mile Run

The Running event will be for all ages on a flat course and open for all abilities, ages and baby strollers. Races start at 9:00am and will have awards at the Post-party 


Enjoy some great bavarian music after the event from our bands an DJ's and enjoy your beer and pretzel.

The Kids run is for all kids 3-11 years old. PaRents can run with, and all kids will receive a Pretzel Medal and hot pretzel after the race...and wash it down with some apple juice.

The pretzel has a long story in the bread, food, economic and religious history of Europe...learn more when you get your free pretzels, in many different sizes and shapes  

Enjoy a great run during this International Season of Oktoberfest, celebrated by German's and ancestors around the World. It is said that 28% of current U.S. Citizens are 2nd or 3rd generation families that immigrated from Germany over the past 60+ years. 

Afterwards come celebrate with a Bavarian Beer, Pretzel and musik immediately following each event. 

A pretzel eating contest, a bit of history about the pretzel and the pretzel awards ceremony will follow the final runner after the KIDS Mini-Pretzel Run. 

Also win cool prizes and gifts during the raffle.

Please come out this september for a fun-filled day of running, eating and drinking at the pretzel run. crEated by folks who live in bavaria, you are sure to have fun with all the activities, contests and well as kids games.

All runners will receive a pretzel shaped medal, t-shirt and a pretzel at the finish. Contests throughout the day and awards to the fastest runners, eaters and drinkers.
